Key Responsibilities:
• Safely deliver groceries in a company van
• Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery
• Collaborate with customer service for refunds and returns
• Follow operational standards of the Online Shopping Department
• Keep the delivery vehicle in excellent condition
Requirements:
• Valid full class 5 driver’s license from BC
• Clean driver’s abstract essential for the role
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Strong ability to lift and handle physical duties
• Proficient in mobile device usage including GPS
