This position is pivotal in applying engineering solutions to enhance manufacturing of automotive assembly systems.As part of a seasoned team, you will oversee various functions from inception to launch of engineering projects. Your role will involve guiding continuous improvement initiatives across welding, CNC, and stamping processes, ensuring that manufacturing operations are effective and effective. Through interaction with multiple departments, you will drive solutions and manage quality assurance enhancements.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee engineering changes and project management activities
Lead efficiency studies through motion analysis




Prepare engineering documentation and project reports
Develop layouts and enhance material handling logistics
Facilitate PLC programming for automated systemsRequirements:
Engineering qualification in relevant fields
5 years minimum in automotive manufacturing
Experience with CAD tools necessary
