We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving issues professionally

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
Experience with food industry standards, serving techniques, and upselling strategies is advantageous
Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting and multitask efficiently
