Grand & Toy is seeking a CRM Systems Analyst for an 18-month contract to evolve our enterprise CRM platform built on Dynamics 365 CE. You will contribute to sales, service, and insights modules, develop configurations, and drive automation using Power Automate.
The role requires 5 years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience, Power Platform skills, and a cooperative approach with business and IT stakeholders. The position is based in Vaughan, ON with four days in-office weekly.
