Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and upselling opportunities
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct entry
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction through excellent customer service
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow





Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry standards
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order entry and cashiering
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest experiences
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations, tips, and cash handling accurately
Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrating excellent guest services skills
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is a plus but not required
