Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver prompt service with a smile
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, following established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
Manage cash handling accurately, including cash register operations and balancing cash drawers at shift end




Assist in food handling procedures to uphold food industry safety standards and prevent contamination
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and handle customer inquiries professionally

Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience in bartending or serving is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and managing tabs effectively
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
