Software Developer – CRM
Location: Ontario – 5 Days Onsite Toronto
Contract Position
Seeking a Software Developer – CRM with robust experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure .
Must-Haves
Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Service development and configuration
Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Experience with both low-code and custom D365 development
Solid Azure development and integration experience
.NET, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET/.NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL
Experience with Web API, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Kanban
Experience with D365 Case Management, Customer Service Workspace, Knowledge Management, routing, and workstreams
Robust communication and documentation skills
Dynamics 365/Azure certifications are an asset
Note: This is a fully onsite, Monday–Friday position.
