Momentum Financial Services Group is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager at our Campbell River Money Mart location to lead day-to-day branch operations, supervise team members, and maintain a hands-on approach to customer service and sales.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will drive branch profitability, recruit and train staff, coach performance, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML and financial controls. Availability for peak hours, evenings and weekends, is required.
