In this full-time role at Evolve Recycling, you will operate skid steers and forklifts, ensuring materials flow smoothly through our recycling facility. Responsibilities include equipment inspections, unloading materials, and maintaining a clean work environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate skid steers for efficient material movement
• Ensure the start-up and shut down of equipment
• Complete daily checklists and production reports
• Feed hoppers with material consistently
• Help keep work areas organized and safe

Requirements:
• Skid Steer License and prior operational experience
• Forklift certification is an asset
• Background in production environments preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
