Position Details

Location: Simcoe

Role: Millwright

Shift: 3 shift rotation that is bi weekly.

Shift times: 6:30-2:30, 2:30-10:30, 10:30-6:30

Payrate: $43.79/hr (0.75 for afternoons, 0.90 on nights)

Responsibilities

- Diagnose machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions
- Repair and capture appropriate details of breakdowns
- Perform scheduled Preventative and Predictive maintenance services
- Fill out logs and maintain professional communication with Supervisors, Managers, and equipment operators

Qualifications

- Post‑secondary education and valid Millwright ticket (433A) in good standing (Ontario)
- Experience working as part of an extended team within the Manufacturing sector
- Proven mechanical aptitude
- Experience with pneumatics/hydraulics and related control circuits
- Experience with basic PLC diagnostics
- Ability to work shift patterns 24/7
- Welding experience is an asset
