The Inventory Control Coordinator (TMS) is responsible fororganizing and facilitating various inventory management and control activitiesto support The Mobile Shop (TMS). Prepares reports to detail inventory relatedadjustments for the retail organization.

Responsibilities





- Produceweekly reports to aid the Purchasing team in monitoring outstandingpurchase orders
- Follow-upwith vendors on delinquent shipments and order discrepancies
- Assistwith monthly cycle count communication and store support to ensure properprocedures are being adhered to
- Plan,schedule, and communicate the yearly cycle count schedule for the retailand warehouse locations
- Auditand update monthly cycle counts conducted by retail and warehouselocations
- Promoteproper execution of Inventory Count processes through variouscommunication methods and reports
- Recordand follow up with retail locations that have not submitted requiredmonthly cycle counts
- InvestigateInventory discrepancies and ensure reported variances are accurate
- Produceand audit store adjustment reports
- Investigategeneral inventory shrinkages and recommend action to limit profit loss
- Assessand propose business process enhancements where required
- Documentand publish Inventory Control processes for the field and head office
- Generalsupport to Purchasers and Reverse Logistics departments
