iWorld Professionals is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Technician (Bilingual French/English)for our client in Sainte-Catherine, QC Canada. This is an onsite position.

About the Senior Helpdesk Technician Role The Senior Helpdesk Technician will serve as a key point of contact for internal business users, delivering high-level technical support and ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations. You’ll handle technical issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Senior Helpdesk Technician Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support to business users across multiple departments
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
Support Microsoft-based environments including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related technologies
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access




Escalate and collaborate with infrastructure or engineering teams as needed
Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service in both French and English

Senior Helpdesk Technician Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a comparable IT helpdesk or technical support role supporting business users
Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, etc.)
Fluency in both French and English (verbal communication required)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Ability to work onsite in Sainte-Catherine, QC Canada
