We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and exceptional guest service. The Senior

Esthetician will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction through personalized treatments and expert advice, while also supporting the team with training and mentorship.

Duties
Provide a wide range of esthetic services including manicures, pedicures, body waxing (including brazilians), and eyelash lift and tint with precision and professionalism
Assist guests with product demos, upselling skincare products, and recommending personalized solutions to enhance their experience
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations
Offer exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries or concerns effectively
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and uphold the spa’s reputation for quality care

Qualifications




Proven experience as an Esthetician with expertise in nail care, body waxing, lash lift and tints, nail care, and other esthetic treatments
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment
Excellent communication skills to educate clients about products and services
Previous retail sales experience with a focus on upselling skincare or beauty products is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional demeanor
A passion for beauty, wellness, and providing outstanding guest experiences
