Responsibilities
Patrol designated areas regularly to deter suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed
Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to oversee activity across the premises in real-time
Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
Conduct thorough inspections of individuals and packages to prevent theft or security breaches
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate actions and communication with emergency responders if necessary
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance observations for record-keeping and reporting purposes




Enforce loss prevention strategies by identifying potential risks and implementing preventative measures

Requirements
Proven experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable
Knowledge of surveillance techniques and familiarity with CCTV systems is essential
Strong understanding of loss prevention methods and security protocols
Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities
Ability to remain calm, alert, and decisive during emergencies or high-pressure situations
Positive communication skills for explicit reporting and interaction with team members and the public
Must be physically capable of standing, walking, or patrolling for extended periods
