POSITION SUMMARY

· Greet every customer and provide them with product and service information.

· Taking and completing orders accurately and efficiently

· Accepting payment for product and delivering correct change

· Inspecting product for quality according to Krispy Kreme company standards.

· Maintain retail equipment to standard.

· Stock and rotate food service and retail supplies

· Maintain doughnut display case, proper signage, and freshness standards.

· Use suggestive selling behaviours i.e. second dozen, up selling product and sizes.

· Follow safety and sanitation guidelines when preparing and serving products.

· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of retail area, retail equipment and drive thru window.

· Follow proper coffee procedures.

· Follow accurate cash handling and reporting procedures for store.





· Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $16.25 per hour
