Job Description

For a Project Manager managing AIGenAI FullStack development programs the focus should be on delivery leadership stakeholder management Agile execution cloudnative architecture oversight and sufficient technical depth to engage with engineering teams working on Python Angular Kubernetes FastAPI RAG MCP and Agentic AI solutions

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise scale applications built using contemporary cloudnative technologies and Generative AI frameworks The candidate will manage cross functional teams consisting of Python developers Angular developers DevOps engineers AIML engineers architects and business stakeholders

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Agile software delivery programs involving PythonFastAPI Angular Kubernetes OpenShiftAWS CICD automation and emerging AI technologies such as Agentic AI RAG MCP and LLMbased solutions

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery Management

- Lead endtoend delivery of cloudnative and AIpowered applications
- Manage project scope schedule budget risks dependencies and stakeholder expectations
- Establish governance mechanisms status reporting escalation management and delivery dashboards
- Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to quality standards security requirements and release management processes

Technical Leadership





Work closely with architects and engineering teams on solution planning and execution

Understand application architecture involving

- Python FastAPI services
- Angular frontend applications
- REST API integrations
- KubernetesOpenShift deployments
- AWS cloud services

Review technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives

Facilitate technical decision making and dependency management across teams

AIGenAI Delivery Oversight

Manage delivery of AI and Agent based solutions

Coordinate development involving

- RAG architectures
- MCP integrations
- Agent Development Kit ADK
- FastMCP
- LLM integrations
- Vector databases

Track AI model deployment evaluation governance and business adoption metrics

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business leaders product owners architects and delivery teams
- Present program health risks milestones and outcomes to executive leadership
- Drive client communication governance reviews and steering committee meetings

Mandatory Skills

Project Program Management

- 8 years of project program management experience
- Experience managing global crossfunctional teams
- AgileScrum delivery management
- Strong risk issue dependency and change management experience
- Executive reporting and stakeholder communication

Technical Knowledge

Handson understanding of

- Python 3x ecosystem
