Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting key benefits to encourage purchases
Upsell related items and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and enhance product visibility
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly




Manage time effectively to ensure all duties are completed efficiently during busy periods
Use phone etiquette skills to assist customers over the phone and schedule appointments or follow-ups

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customers
Familiarity with merchandising principles and POS systems enhances your effectiveness in the role
Experience with product demos or technical sales is advantageous, especially when explaining features of technology or complex products
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and stocked during high-volume periods
