PremYum is looking for a hands-on Retail Manager with robust beef knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll lead the day-to-day operation, work alongside the team, create a great customer experience, and find ways to grow the business. You’ll also help plan and coordinate store improvements as we develop our future Country Market concept.

What You’ll Do
Lead the daily operation of the retail store and work alongside the team.
Coach and develop the retail team while delivering excellent customer service.
Assist with retail butchery duties as required.
Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product presentation.
Coordinate product requirements with our production team.
Monitor product quality, freshness, waste, and retail performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies.
Identify and help carry out improvements to the store and customer experience.
Help grow the PremYum retail business.

What We’re Looking For
Retail management or supervisory experience.
Professional beef industry experience and robust beef product knowledge are required.
Meat retail or grocery management experience is strongly preferred.
The initiative to take ownership,



solve problems, and follow through.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience with inventory management and POS systems.
Willingness to lead by example and work alongside the team.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
