We are looking for a caring and dependable RPN or nurse to support a client at home and in the community. This part-time role is a good fit for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping clients stay active. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Provide support to the client at home.
Listen to the client’s concerns and communicate relevant updates to the care team.
Accompany the client on outings, including trips to the gym.
Observe the client’s movements and report any concerns.
Assist with exercises as directed by the client’s care plan.
Complete minor administrative tasks.

Requirements
Access to a vehicle and ability to travel to the client in Kitchener.
Willingness to accompany the client outdoors and to the gym.
A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach.
