In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Property Manager while actively managing tenant relations and overseeing property maintenance. Your experience in property management, combined with robust financial acumen, will be essential for success. You’ll also assist in planning budgets and collaborate on various administrative tasks, making at least 3 years of relevant experience essential.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage the property management of a commercial property portfolio • Address tenant needs while enforcing lease agreements • Participate in financial planning and client reporting • Maintain operational regulations and service contracts • Foster positive tenant relationships through excellent service

Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years’ property management experience • Required or eligible for property management license • Strong organizational and management skills • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and MRI software • Valid driver’s license for property site visits
