Mainland Collision is a family-owned auto body repair facility with over 20 years of experience, serving customers from our Vancouver and Richmond locations. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has automotive or collision industry experience and wants to develop their estimating skills and build a long-term career in the collision repair industry.

What You'll Do

- Assist with vehicle damage assessments and repair estimates
- Take photos and document vehicle damage accurately
- Assist senior estimators with ICBC and private repair estimates
- Learn to identify required parts, labour operations, and repair procedures
- Communicate with customers regarding estimates, repairs, and timelines
- Assist with ICBC claim and repair documentation
- Coordinate with technicians, parts suppliers, and office staff
- Review repair plans and update estimates as additional damage is discovered
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process
- Learn and use estimating software such as Mitchell, Audatex, or similar systems

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an auto body shop, automotive, or collision repair environment is an asset
- Basic understanding of vehicle body panels, parts, and collision repair
- Solid attention to detail




- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy shop environment
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
- Ability to work well with technicians, estimators, and management
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- ICBC claim or estimating experience is an asset

Experience with ICBC claims, estimating software, repair procedures, and customer communication will be developed on the job.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
