This internship suits students in their second or third year of a Computer Science or Business Technology Management program. You will handle service desk inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document enhancements in our service management system. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktop and application queries
Log and track service desk requests using ServiceNow
Perform desktop deployment tasks with Microsoft SCCM




Maintain thorough documentation and knowledge bases
Resolve issues efficiently while collaborating with team members Requirements:
Studying for a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows 11, Office 365)
Knowledge of oil and gas applications is an advantage
Familiarity with ServiceNow and mobile devices
