Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to lead our dynamic team and ensure exceptional customer service across our store. Responsibilities
Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer experiences
Lead, motivate, and develop team members through training and coaching to meet sales goals and service standards
Manage merchandising efforts to optimize product displays and inventory presentation
Oversee cash handling procedures and POS transactions
Skills
Proven supervising experience in retail environments with strong team management capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Robust negotiation skills and conflict resolution
Proficiency with POS systems, and cash handling
Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail sales techniques
Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management and multitasking abilities
Experience in training & development programs to enhance team performance
Customer service excellence with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
