Become the leader that Dryden’s infrastructure needs in the Public Works Operations Manager role. This position blends operational strategy with community-focused public service. You will direct various public works initiatives, ensuring the delivery of critical programs and community projects.

Partnering with the Director of Public Works, your leadership will facilitate road improvements, waste management, and overall community health. A hands-on approach is essential to tackle operational challenges and foster team engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee public works projects from planning to execution
Manage operational budgets and team performance
Implement environmental monitoring and community services
Drive innovation by involving employees in decision-making
Maintain compliance with municipal legislation Requirements:
Three-year Civil Engineering Technology diploma required
At least five years in a supervisory capacity in public works
Experience with asset management systems and GIS
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to obtain necessary public works certifications Lead meaningful municipal projects while building a team-oriented atmosphere in Dryden.
