Multiple New Positions Available (Glass, Panels, Vents, Prep, Frame Departments) for the following shifts: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday to Friday) AND 4:30pm - 3:00am ( Monday to Thursday) . Toro Glasswall Inc. is expanding and hiring dependable Production Workers to join our production team in a unionized manufacturing workplace. Each successful candidate will be assigned to one dedicated department, allowing you to build skill depth and consistency in your area.

Position Overview As a Line Assembly Worker, you will perform hands‑on general labour and assembly duties within a single department. You’ll work with materials, tools, and components to support daily production and ensure products meet Toro Glasswall’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities
Line assembly work such as measuring, fitting, fastening, and performing quality checks
Perform general labour tasks including material handling, staging, and maintaining a clean work area
Use hand tools; power tools considered an asset




Consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings (asset)
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, unionized workplace

Qualifications
Experience in a heavy or industrial manufacturing workplace is required
Experience within the window and/or door manufacturing industry is a strong asset
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable using hand tools; familiarity with power tools is an asset
Ability to read blueprints/shop drawings is an asset
Positive English communication skills (verbal and written) required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team workplace
Willingness to work within a unionized environment

Compensation: $22.60 per hour (plus $1.25 per hour shift premium for Night Shift)
