Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic prep cook to join our team in a dynamic kitchen setting. This position involves both food preparation, plating, packaging lunch boxes, and other duties assigned by the chefs, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook various menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and work stations.
Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working setting.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help with inventory management by stocking and restocking supplies as needed.




Perform tasks as instructed by the chefs.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen equipment is a plus.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
