You will lead preventive measures, collaborate with the management team, and guide Quality Specialists. Your expertise will ensure that systems and processes minimize risks associated with non-conformities and enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Enhance Quality Management System (QMS) design and management
Create frameworks for quality planning on projects
Ensure quality support processes across sectors
Manage and nurture the expertise of Quality Specialists
Support quality-related documentation for clients Requirements:
Engineering or Quality Management degree;

certifications are an asset
Minimum 10 years in quality management systems
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
3 years’ experience managing teams
Proficient communication in French and English Lead quality initiatives and foster team development at CIMA+.
