Through personalized, non-medical home care, we help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
Help maintain and ensure strong standards of care
Manage and support day-to-day client care experience
Oversee and strengthen the care assessment and quality assurance process
Collaborate with the service team to support continuity of care
Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and team performance
Maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community partners
Participate in community outreach and referral activities as needed
Participate in the rotating after-hours escalation schedule

What We’re Looking For




Current LPN or RN designation in good standing in Nova Scotia
5+ years' experience in senior care, home care, community healthcare, or a related setting
Proactive, confident, and comfortable taking initiative
Supervisory experience is an asset
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Qualified, compassionate approach
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
