QA Analyst

Work Location: HCLTech Vancouver office - Downtown Vancouver, BC (5 days at office setting - without exception)

Annual compensation is CAD 55,000 per year plus benefits

4+ years of experience in the manual testing with mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities

-Manual test execution for complex current scenarios & features
Review bugs/tasks from offshore testers before they get assigned to developers
Follow up on high-priority and blocking issues.
File high signal tasks that can be assigned directly to developers - Work very effectively with QA lead and rest of the QA team
Follow up on important incremental changes and get it covered
Provide weekly reports on tasks executed

Qualifications
Experience in the testing domain




Familiarity with testing life cycle processes, test case planning, test case designing and test execution
Experimented in mobile application testing
Expertise in end-to-end sanity, regression, smoke, and recent feature testing
Experience in test results and bug analysis
Experience working in teams with offshore

onsite model
Expertise in various defect management and test case management tools like Jira, Quality Center, TestRail, Bugzilla, etc., etc. Positive communication and reporting skills
