We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in private music instruction, with experience working with children to adult. This role involves creating engaging learning experiences that foster growth and development in a supportive workplace. The Instructor will be responsible for educating learners through various levels associated with the direction of study chosen.

Duties
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the needs of diverse learners.
Create a stimulating session approach geared to individual needs.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians regarding the students progress.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Skills




Strong knowledge of teaching principles and practices for all ages.
Experience in or teaching students of all ages in a private setting is highly desirable.
Ability to create engaging educational content that captivates the student.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
