This part-time position focuses on providing essential support within biology and chemistry labs while promoting an interactive learning experience. In this role, you will report to the Chair of the School of Health Sciences, ensuring the labs operate smoothly while offering direct student support. You will collaborate with instructors, review course materials, and help maintain a clean and protected workplace in line with educational best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and updating laboratory procedures
Provide in office support for students and instructors
Maintain lab organization and ensure safety compliance
Take inventory of supplies and manage equipment wear
Report student progress and feedback effectively Requirements:
A diploma in health science or related field required
Certifications in CPR and First Aid necessary
Completion of WHMIS training
Previous lab experience preferred
