In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services.This is afixed‑term, full‑time positionbased onsite at ourStouffvilleHearCANADA Clinic. Typical hours of work areMonday through Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pmlocal time. This contract is to cover a leave for approximately 8 weeks with potential for extension or consideration for other roles in nearby clinics at the end of the term. Compensation for this role is $21 – $24 per hour + access to profit sharing bonus.What you'll do:Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinicManage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow‑up on missed appointments or with appointment remindersMake product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journeySupport with maintaining physical and electronic recordsPerform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questionsParticipate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local communityEducate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR dutiesas assignedWhat we're looking for:Experience in a customer‑facing role – you bring 2+ years of experience working in sales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic setting and are comfortable interacting with customersSales acumen – comfort in recommending products and services to clientsCustomer‑centric attitude – you are comfortable interacting with diverse client groups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as the region's number one choice for hearing care servicesTeam‑player – you work well with others and appreciate what can be accomplished with support from colleaguesWillingness to participate in some local travel – access to a car and a valid driver's license is strongly preferred as some travel will be expected within the assigned region (mileage paid) for community events and marketing initiativesTo join us on our journey in providing Wonderful Sound for All, click the "Apply Now" button!HearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
