As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while keeping our busy clinic running smoothly.What You'll DoWelcome patients and create a positive first impressionSchedule appointments for physicians and allied health professionalsAnswer phones, emails, and patient inquiriesManage electronic medical records and patient documentationCoordinate referrals and communicate with healthcare providers, insurers, legal offices, and third-party payersProcess patient payments and assist with billing inquiriesSupport ICBC, WorkSafeBC,
