About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic and experienced Retail Team Lead to support the management team and guide sales associates in their store located in Kimberley. This hybrid role involves direct customer interaction, leading by example on the sales floor, and contributing to administrative tasks that may include some remote reporting or scheduling. You will be instrumental in coaching junior staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers with product selection, sales, and any inquiries. Train and mentor new and existing team members on product knowledge and sales techniques. Support store opening and closing procedures, and ensure adherence to company policies.



Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising. Contribute to administrative duties, potentially including remote tasks related to team coordination. Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a retail sales or supervisory role. Proven ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, handling both on-site and some remote responsibilities. Strong sales aptitude and a passion for retail.
