Duties

- Meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen renovations or recent installations
- Use SketchUp and CAD software to create detailed 3D designs and visualizations that bring client visions to life
- Present product demos and explain features of cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and fixtures to inspire clients
- Conduct inside sales by upselling premium products and accessories that enhance kitchen functionality and aesthetics
- Manage account details through POS systems, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and vendors during renovation and construction phases to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering expert advice, and maintaining ongoing client relationships




- Utilize marketing skills to promote new products or promotions within the showroom or via digital channels
- Organize merchandising displays to highlight key products and inspire customer purchases
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring client satisfaction

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably within home improvement, cabinetry, or renovation sectors
- Skilled in SketchUp, CAD software, or similar design tools for creating detailed kitchen layouts
- Background in renovation or construction projects with a solid understanding of building processes and materials
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Experience in high-end sales environments with a focus on upselling premium products and services
- Knowledge of merchandising strategies and marketing techniques to attract customers and boost sales
- Customer service expertise with a track record of building lasting client relationships through excellent communication and organizational skills
