Job Title: Landscaping Crew Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Assistant to join our team. As a Crew Assistant, you will be responsible for driving to and from job sites in your personal vehicle, in addition to assisting the Crew Leader with various landscaping and hardscaping tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to, patios, retaining walls, garden maintenance, sod installation, fence installation, and spring/fall cleanups.

This role requires versatility, as the scope of work is not limited to the listed tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive to and from job sites in your personal vehicle.
- Assist the Crew Leader in completing landscaping and hardscaping tasks, including patios, retaining walls, garden care, sod installation, and more.
- Safely operate equipment and assist with site preparation, material delivery, and cleanup.
- Follow the Crew Leader’s instructions to ensure quality work is completed.
- Ensure job sites are organized, safe, and cleaned up at the end of the day.

Requirements:

- Must have your own personal transportation.




- Experience in landscaping and hardscaping is a significant asset.
- Robust work ethic and the ability to follow direction.
- Must provide and wear safety glasses, ear protection as needed, and appropriate work attire, including pants and steel-toed, TSA-approved work boots.
- References are a plus.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday with an average of 10-hour workdays.

Pay: 22$/hr
