Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring precise cuts according to detailed blueprints and technical drawings
- Program CNC laser systems using specialized software to optimize cutting paths and material usage
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on laser equipment to maintain optimal performance
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately for each project
- Utilize hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices for quality inspection and verification of finished parts
- Assist with material handling using cranes or forklifts to load raw materials and unload finished products




- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to safety standards and customer requirements

Requirements

- Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines or similar CNC machining equipment such as CNC milling machines or CNC lathes
- Knowledge of plasma cutting, press brake machines, welding, and general machining techniques is highly desirable
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use measurement tools like calipers with precision
- Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in manufacturing environments
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine issues
- Experience with hand tools, assembly processes, and quality inspection procedures
- Valid certification or experience in crane operation or forklift driving is a plus but not mandatory
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and continuous improvement
