We are seeking a compassionate Health care aide/seniors care giver to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our clients out of their private homes with personal care and daily activities and provide emotional support.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and secure workplace
Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals under care
Communicate effectively with healthcare specialists, family members, and other team members
Skills
Experience in home care, patient care, or caregiving is preferred
Knowledge of assisted living or nursing home procedures is a plus
Ability to lift and move patients safely when required
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and their families
Understanding of hospice care principles is advantageous
