This entry-level role involves working overnight shifts and requires operating grooming machinery. In this position, you will focus on grooming predominantly green and blue runs, assisting with more complex tasks alongside experienced Groomer Operators and Team Leads. You'll perform essential pre- and post-shift duties, maintaining safety standards, and addressing any mechanical issues promptly. Collaboration with various departments is key to providing optimal conditions for guests. Key Responsibilities:
Groom assigned green and blue ski runs
Perform pre-shift checks and necessary paperwork
Identify and report equipment issues and safety concerns
Use GPS technology to improve decision-making
Communicate effectively with on-hill operational teams Requirements:
Holding a valid G License in positive standing
Required to work independently
Prior grooming experience is an asset
Mechanical aptitude is beneficial
