Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting, treating, and preventing pest issues across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a solid attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points
Apply appropriate pest control treatments using specialized equipment and chemicals
Develop customized pest management plans tailored to client needs
Educate clients on pest prevention methods and safety procedures
Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and follow-up schedules
Operate sprayers and foggers efficiently during treatments
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards

Requirements




Must have a Structural Pest Control License with at least one year experience
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, as the role involves client interaction
Familiarity/Knowledge about using various pest control products and application techniques
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed
Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients
Willingness to learn about new pest control methods and safety protocols
