As a member of RealDecoy's Microsoft development group, the Junior ASP.NET Web Application

Developer will implement web sites and applications using Microsoft technologies. The individual chosen will be expected to work concurrently on several projects with the support of each project's Technical Lead/Project Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
Web site and application development with Microsoft technologies.
Provide time estimates for various aspects of development.
When necessary, provide other development support that is inline with applicant's skill

Mandatory Requirements
Ability to juggle several projects at once
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Understanding of OOD/OOP concepts
Minimum 2 years' experience in the following except as noted:
SQL, and associated normalization & optimization techniques
Windows platform and related technologies
Robust communication skills and a team player
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Assets:




Web services and SOAP
Experience with version control systems (CVS or Visual SourceSafe)
Health, Dental, and Insurance plan
