About us

Fincham Automotive Supplies is a family-owned automotive parts and paint distributor serving collision centres and repair shops across the GTA. Our paint and body department supplies PPG refinish systems to body shops throughout the region.

The role

You will manage and grow our body shop accounts across the GTA. You will visit shops, support our existing customers, and install and support PPG refinish systems. You will work closely with our paint and body sales lead, who handles phone orders and knows our customers well.

What you will do
Visit body shop accounts on a regular call cycle
Build relationships with shop owners and painters and grow sales in existing accounts
Identify shops that are ready to convert to PPG and help win them
Install and set up refinish systems, mixing rooms and colour software




Train shop painters on waterborne products and colour tools
Troubleshoot colour-match and application problems on site
Keep a daily log of visits and follow-ups

What we are looking for
5+ years in automotive refinishing, as a painter, jobber rep or tech rep
Working knowledge of PPG products (Envirobase, Omni, Deltron). Experience with other major refinish lines will be considered.
Experience with colour software such as PaintManager or LINQ Color
Comfortable walking into a shop and starting a conversation
Organized and self-directed, with a clean driving record

What we offer
Base salary of $60,000 to $80,000, based on experience, plus a performance bonus
