We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the store and team during evening and late-night operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and our customers receive excellent service.
This is a leadership position with full responsibility for the store during the night shift.
Position Details
Permanent position
4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift
Evening and late-night shifts
Must be available to work until 2:30 AM
Full responsibility for night operations
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all store operations during the night shift
Lead, direct, and support team members
Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
Manage nightly opening/closing procedures and store operations
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked
Handle customer concerns and operational issues professionally
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Provide robust leadership and maintain a positive team environment
Complete nightly duties, cash procedures,
and required closing responsibilities
Qualifications
Previous liquor store and/or supervisory experience is an asset
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Reliable, dependable, and able to take ownership of the night shift
Comfortable working late-night hours
Must be available to work until 2:30 AM
Must hold a valid ProServe certification
