Duties
Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience
Upsell additional services or retail products like nail care treatments, lotions, or polishes to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare tips to promote healthy nails




Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry to continually improve skills and service offerings

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for practicing nail services
Proficiency in body waxing is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated
Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their preferences
Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in a salon environment
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a lively, energetic attitude
