UNIBEAUTY SALON LTD. is seeking a full-time Nail Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our beauty salon in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating salon operations, supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and supporting a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily salon operations.
Monitor and evaluate day-to-day operations to ensure effective service.
Plan and organize staff activities and daily workflow.
Establish and implement workplace policies and procedures for staff.
Plan and monitor salon budgets and inventory.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise salon staff.
Monitor staff performance and support effective teamwork.
Address customer concerns and complaints professionally.
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused salon environment.

Qualifications:
Secondary (high)



school graduation certificate.
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Client-focused, reliable, flexible, and able to exercise valuable judgment.
Able to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with attention to detail.

Position Details:
Permanent, full time position.
30 hours per week.
$35.00 per hour.
Day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Work must be performed in office in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
Free parking available.
Start date: As soon as possible.

Pay: $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
