Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RECE to join our educational team. This role involves supporting the development and well-being of young children in a nurturing classroom environment. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for early childhood education.

Experience working with children with disabilities, are highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on children's learning experiences while developing professional skills in a collaborative setting.

FULL TIME; JANUARY 2027 - Supply and part time available until January

Duties
Working as a team with other educators in planning and implementing engaging educational activities tailored to early childhood development
Support children with their daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and classroom transitions
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth
Communicate effectively with children, parents,



and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and learning spaces

Qualifications
Vulnerable Sector Screening
First Aid + CPR Level C
Registered ECE (preferred/asset)
Experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings is an asset
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and classroom management techniques is an asset
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
Excellent time management and leadership abilities to support a dynamic classroom environment
Passion for teaching and fostering positive developmental outcomes for children

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
