Job Summary

The Technical Lead for Oracle PL/SQL will be responsible for leading a team in the development and maintenance of Oracle PL/SQL applications. The role involves ensuring the effective utilization of Oracle PL/SQL for database development and data management to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining oracle pl/sql applications
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and understand business requirements
Develop efficient database queries, stored procedures, and functions in oracle pl/sql
Ensure the performance, integrity, and security of databases
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in oracle pl/sql applications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members




Stay updated with oracle pl/sql best practices and recommend improvements

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in oracle pl/sql programming
Robust understanding of database design and implementation
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of oracle pl/sql code
Knowledge of pl/sql collections, triggers, and packages
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead technical discussions
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Other Requirements

1.Oracle Certified Skilled, Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert, or any relevant Oracle certifications are a plus
