Become a Community Support Specialist with Pacific Coast Community Resources and enable individuals to live enriched lives within their communities. Help clients access meaningful social, volunteer, and vocational opportunities. As a Community Inclusion Worker, you will motivate and support individuals to achieve their personal goals for independence and social integration. You will play a vital role in advocating for their rights while coordinating their participation in community activities. Collaborating with families and specialists is key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Respect and advocate for the individual’s rights in services
Encourage full community citizenship for supported individuals




Develop and document Individual Service Plans as needed
Facilitate participation in volunteering and social events
Record all health information accurately in the management database Requirements:
Community Support Worker Diploma or equivalent education
Two years of experience in social services or healthcare
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Clean BC Driver’s License with reliable vehicle
