We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven

Automotive Buyer & Acquisition Specialist to join our dealership team.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership workplace, and is ready to take ownership of the vehicle acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire vehicles for dealership inventory

Communicate and negotiate with dealerships, wholesalers, private sellers, and other industry contacts

Identify attractive vehicle purchasing opportunities

Build and maintain solid relationships with industry partners

Coordinate vehicle purchases and related documentation

Maintain accurate records using CRM, Outlook, and other dealership systems

Work closely with management and the sales team

Organize and manage multiple transactions simultaneously





Travel within Canada when required

Requirements

OMVIC certification

Valid Ontario Full G driver's licence

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident, skilled, and highly organized

Reliable and punctualComfortable taking responsibility and making decisions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Outlook, and up-to-date digital/AI tools

Automotive dealership experience is an asset

Compensation: Commission-based, with earning potential based on performance and results.
