Centre for Education is looking for a Community Outreach Worker dedicated to bridging gaps between schools and families. You will promote resource accessibility and act as a liaison among various community groups. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience and a degree in a relevant field. Key Responsibilities:
Develop outreach plans tailored to specific communities
Strengthen family-school partnerships for effective support
Engage with community organizations to build connections
Report on outreach efforts and student engagement
Collaborate closely with school administrators Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
Minimum of three years working with families and students
Knowledgeable about the local community landscape
Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license is required
